    About the Role: Job Type: Full-time Openings: 2 Location: Bangalore (One position each for West India and North India) Description: ANSCER ROBOTICS is looking for a highly motivated Robotic Systems Sales Engineer to drive business development and sales of our Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), and intra-logistics automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation and eager to work with cutting-edge robotics solutions that transform material handling in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and engage with potential customers in manufacturing, electronics, automotive, warehousing, and supply chain industries. Customer Engagement: Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to understand customer requirements, conduct solution demonstrations, and develop tailored automation strategies. Solution Design & Estimation: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop conceptual solutions for AMR/AGV deployments. Utilize 2D or 3D CAD tools for layout design and workflow visualization. Estimate costs for engineer-to-order solutions based on customer needs. Proposal Development & Negotiation: Draft proposals and work with leadership to finalize pricing. Present solutions to prospective clients and negotiate contracts. Project Coordination: Work closely with technical and deployment teams to ensure successful project execution. Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs). Market Intelligence & Networking: Stay updated on Industry 4.0 & 5.0 trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in industrial automation. Requirements 4+ years of experience in sales of capital equipment, industrial automation, robotics, or warehouse automation solutions. Strong knowledge of mobile robotics, material handling automation, and AMR/AGV solutions. Ability to create basic CAD layouts for material flow visualisation. Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills. Proven track record in B2B sales, solution selling, and closing deals. Ability to travel extensively across India and international markets as required. Preferred Qualifications: Formal education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Automation. Experience with warehouse automation software, ERP/WMS integration, or industrial IoT. Understanding of robot-to-machine communication (M2M) and process automation.
