Job Description

Job Purpose:

The HR Analyst will provide data, analytics, insights, and strategic decision support across multiple business units and regions. The individual will have responsibility for collaborating with internal teams and project owners to understand their unique needs and provide best in class analytical solutions. By identifying patterns, trends, and correlations in employee data, they will contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that optimize our workforce and create a positive work environment.


Role & responsibilities:

1. Cleanse, aggregate and transform datasets from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, and databases

2. Develop new, and maintain existing suite of dashboard solutions, exec level reports, and automated visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders

3. Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations

4. Connect with IT and HR teams to support HRIS (People Strong) including system updates, data integration, and troubleshooting.

5. Design, development, and testing of automated solutions by analysing business processes and identifying potential data automation opportunities.

6. Manage existing data library/catalogue, thereby improving data literacy across the organization and becoming the first point of contact for any HR data related queries.

7. Taking the initiative to identify key metrics to measure employee performance, engagement, diversity, and other relevant areas


Competencies required:

  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of HR processes & HR tools such as People Strong preferred

Experience required:

  • Work experience as a Human Resources Analyst or a similar role.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in same space.
  • Ability to identify through data, the problem areas for all HR transactions and service delivery processes and recommends solutions.
  • MBA in HR & done certification in Project Management or have experience in handling different HR projects independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently.
