Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff management.
  
• Develop policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of nursing services.
  
• Collaborate with hospital administration to plan resource allocation and budgeting.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
  
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in nursing education or hospital administration (GNM/B.Sc).
  
• MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Nursing
  
• Proven track record of leadership roles in nursing education or healthcare management.
