Job Description

Key Responsibilities Area:

Responsible for creating QC testing plans based on the production planning by maintaining good quality and standard quality.
Ensure daily sample testing requirements are achieved to meet product specification.
Create the product analysis and priorities job order for production.
Responsible for root cause analysis for non-achievement of product. Responsible for providing response to any change request on the QC testing.
Coordinating with RM store for keeping buffer stock of all necessary items (on the base on min and max stock level through ERP) which are required by the micro department and raising PRS on time, to facilitate the smooth production and packing.
Responsible for developing and implementing (QC micro) quality control programs to ensure reliability of testing procedure, proper function of lab equipment and compliance with regulation: prepare and maintain applicable records.
Responsible for QC Micro related works complete audit compliance (Iso Vendor audit)
General pathogen testing MLT(eg - salmonella ,ltsteria,E Coli,pseudo,s.aureus)
SWAB and finger dab test
Personal monitoring
Water testing IS10500
