Job Description

Job Role: Partner Office Manager

Locations: Kanpur

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential leads and actively prospect for Key accounts (Individual/Firm) who can solicit Life insurance Business
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth onboarding with ABSLI
3. Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 3-5 years of proven success in field sales, preferably in the life insurance sector
2. Prior Business development experience is a plus
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections.
5. In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
6. Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
