3 Months (Performance-Based Extension into Probation Possible)
About the Internship:
Grothony Global Solutions invites applications for the dynamic, remote internship opportunity in Business Development from Mumbai and Bangalore Based applicants. This internship offers real-time learning and growth opportunities in the domains of Lead Generation and Lead Conversion, leveraging Google My Business data and other sources provided by the company for digital marketing and related services.
Being a work-from-home role, your learning will be evaluated based on your performance and implementation of the strategies taught during training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads using Google My Business data and other company-provided resources for Digital Marketing Services and other offering from Grothony Global Solutions
- Collaborate with prospective clients through online / personal meetings
- Participate actively in training and implement proven lead generation and conversion strategies
- Coordinate with the technical and senior leadership team for query resolution and guidance by the prospective client.
Post successful completion of Internship:
- Recommendation letter
- Internship Certificate
Company Support Includes:
- Online meetings with senior executives and prospective clients
- Direct support from the Vice President, based in Mumbai and Bangalore
- Free training using tested and proven sales methodologies
Compensation Structure:
- Performance-Based Internship:
- Zero Performance = Zero Compensation
- 100% Target Achievement = 7,500/month stipend + 2,500/month meeting expense reimbursement (Target to be allocated during final interview)
Post-Internship Opportunity (Probation Period 3 Months):
- Upon successful completion of the internship and performance evaluation:
- Monthly compensation of 25,000
- Additional 5,000 for meeting-related expenses
- Continued performance-based incentives shall start after successfully completion of probation
- Ongoing Company support for lead generation, senior mentorship, and technical assistance
