Were looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager who will play a key role in driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in both residential and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and manage new client relationships across target sectors
  • Generate leads through market research, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Promote product portfolio, aligning solutions with customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, production) to develop client proposals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, client satisfaction, and post-sales engagement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development (doors, construction materials, hardware or industrial products preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and client engagement capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as required
