Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations for assigned area (Lucknow & Kanpur) to achieve business targets.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and channel partners to drive sales performance.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to identify new business opportunities and resolve customer issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in B2B Sales or Project Sales in Building Materials industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets through effective planning and execution.
  
• Strong understanding of Paints category knowledge is essential.
