Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Prepare food items as per standardized recipes.
  2. Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
  3. Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards.
  4. Manage kitchen equipment and daily setup.
  5. Supervise kitchen assistants and helpers.
  6. Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  7. Minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
  8. Support in training new kitchen staff.
  9. Handle kitchen operations during peak hours.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate order execution.
  11. Participate in trial runs for new menu items.
  12. Maintain cleanliness and organize workstations.

Preferred candidate profile - IIHM Graduate/Diploma
