Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead the establishment and commissioning of our centralized Precast and Modular Construction Platform. This foundational capability will support our growing portfolio of resort developments, infrastructure, and airport projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and commissioning of the Precast Engineering and Modular Construction Platform.
- Oversee the design and implementation of precast production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) principles, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and MEP modular coordination into ongoing projects.
- Manage the operational aspects of precast engineering activities in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support during the 1218 month plant build-out phase, ensuring successful project execution.
- Stay current with global best practices and technological advancements in precast and modular construction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in precast, modular, or industrialized construction, with direct involvement in establishing and managing precast structures.
- Strong background in civil or structural engineering, preferably with experience in large-scale resort, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with DfMA, precast production flow, BIM integration, and MEP modular coordination.
- Experience operating in tropical or developing markets, particularly in the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Southeast Asia, Middle East, or India.
- Excellent project execution skills with the ability to adapt and lead in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to relocate or be stationed in the Maldives during the plant setup and rollout phase.
