Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Plan & write engaging video scripts for YouTube (both long-form & shorts).
  
• Research trending finance topics, hooks, and formats
  
• Analyze performance, suggest growth strategies, and A/B test thumbnails/titles.
  
• Run Google Ads & Meta Ads for lead capture & conversions.
  
• Design and track campaigns for lead magnets (checklists, calculators, guides).
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured and converted.
  
• Write engaging posts, threads, carousels, and finance tips to on X and Linkdin
  
• Drive profile growth, post consistently, and interact with finance communities.
  
• Create weekly content calendars focused on awareness and lead generation.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  
• Any Guraduate or college Dropout.
  
• Strong understanding of Youtube Marketing, Google Ads , On Page Seo , Content Writing.
