Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive Business Acquisition Through CSR & Donor Engagement


Own the end-to-end business generation process from corporate CSR teams, foundations, and HNIs.


Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly funding targets through project-based or long-term CSR engagements.


Ensure No-Fail Delivery on Fundraising Targets


Maintain complete responsibility for fund mobilization outcomesnon-performance or delay in fundraising will be considered a critical business gap.


Must bring a no excuses, only execution mindset to every funding opportunity.


Lead Proposal Development & Custom Solutions


Prepare sharp, customized proposals aligned with donor focus (livelihoods, women empowerment, youth skilling, rural employment, etc.).


Collaborate with internal teams to design deliverable-rich, budget-aligned projects that win donor confidence.


Own Corporate Relationships and Pitch to Decision-Makers


Build and manage CXO-level connects with CSR heads, ESG teams, HR leads, and CSR implementation partners.


Lead impactful presentations and pitch meetings with a clear call-to-action for partnership closure.


Actively Track and Report Conversion Funnel


Maintain a live tracker of leads, follow-ups, closures, and expected inflows.


Provide weekly performance reports with conversion metrics and projected outcomes.


Strengthen Brand Positioning at CSR Platforms


Represent Pentapolis Foundation at high-value events, CSR conclaves, donor webinars, and thought-leadership forums to build visibility and trust.


Compliance and Donor Confidence


Ensure timely submission of MoUs, fund utilization reports, 80G/FCRA documentation, and impact dashboards.


Build long-term renewal pipelines by demonstrating outcome-driven delivery.

Preferred candidate profile


Experience:


38 years of proven experience in corporate fundraising, CSR project acquisition, or donor relationship management.


Must show past revenue-generation track record, preferably in skilling, employability, or livelihoods space.


Education:


Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related fields.


Mindset & Traits:


Target chaser thrives under pressure with absolute ownership of deliverables.


Result-oriented doesn't rely on effort-based reporting; believes only in outcome-driven performance.


Strategic & Persuasive able to convert leads through credible presentations and tactical follow-ups.


Logistics:


Willingness to travel for corporate meetings, donor visits, and project discussions as needed.
