Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and communicative IT Support Executive with 02 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the key bridge between end users and the technical team. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding user-reported issues, coordinating with the development team for resolution, testing applications for bugs and usability, and updating customers on issue resolution.

This is a hybrid role that combines IT support and application testing, ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and document technical issues reported by users in a clear and structured manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and guide users with initial steps before escalating issues.
  • Test applications to identify bugs, usability problems, or inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and execute test cases; report bugs with clear steps to reproduce.
  • Update users on issue status, expected resolution time, and post-resolution confirmations.
  • Track and maintain logs of customer issues using our support tool.
  • Generate and analyze reports in Excel to identify patterns or recurring problems.
  • Assist in creating user documentation, FAQs, and guides for common issues.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to improve overall product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic testing concepts and bug reporting tools.
  • Ability to understand user perspectives and translate non-technical issues into technical terms.
