Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, treat, and manage work-related injuries and illnesses for hospital staff and employees.
• Conduct pre-employment and periodic health screenings, including physical exams and health risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records; analyze data for trends and insights.
• Educate employees on workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
• Implement and monitor health and safety policies, emergency procedures, and infection control measures.
• Provide first aid and coordinate referrals for further medical care when needed.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by identifying and reducing occupational hazards.
• Support return-to-work and rehabilitation programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical assessment and first aid skills
• Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
