We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive who can drive sales growth by building strong client relationships and effectively presenting our interior design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design and a proven track record.
Role & responsibilities
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate sales records and client databases
* Follow up on leads and proposals systematically
* Coordinate with design team for project requirements
* Negotiate and close deals
* Fix on site meetings with new clients on Regular basis
Technical Requirements:
* Handle product demonstrations and material presentations
* Understand technical specifications of materials and finishes
* Coordinate with the design team for custom requirements
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in any field (Interior Design/Architecture preferred)
* 2-3 years of sales experience
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong negotiation and closing abilities
* Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada is preferred
