Project Associate @ Neurosense Labs

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who will work closely with the core team on high-impact projects spanning product testing, strategy development, funding applications, and daily startup operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product testing and gather feedback from field pilots.
• Support in developing go-to-market strategies and user engagement plans.
• Prepare documentation and pitch materials for grants and funding opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (doctors, researchers, field partners).
• Data collection as per established medical protocols from Medical partners (Training will be given)
• Take initiative in streamlining operations, improving workflows, and supporting product development.

Required Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in any discipline (preferably in public health, psychology, life sciences, business, or technology).
• Passion for startups, social impact, and working in unstructured environments.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore or Chennai (mandatory).
