Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module to support and optimize the entire sales cycle from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Sales Order processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working across multiple industries and verticals, providing business process consulting, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations and optimizations, particularly from RFQ to Sales Order.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure SAP SD components: inquiry, quotation, sales order, pricing, availability check, delivery, and billing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, WM) to ensure seamless integration.
- Manage pricing conditions, discounts, taxes, and special sales scenarios across industry verticals.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define process improvements and SAP best practices.
- Conduct UAT, training sessions, and prepare end-user documentation.
- Support master data setup (customers, materials, pricing conditions).
- Monitor and troubleshoot ongoing SAP SD operations and system issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of sales business processes and their mapping in SAP.
- Proven expertise in configuration and customization of SAP SD components.
- Experience with integration touchpoints (FI, MM, PP, CRM, and third-party applications).
- Ability to manage client communication, workshops, and requirement gathering.
- Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, automotive, FMCG, B2B distribution).
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SD Certification.
- Exposure to S/4HANA is a strong plus.
- Experience with SAP CRM, FSCM, or CPQ tools.
- Functional knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to sales.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.
