We are hiring for the Leading ITES Company for Passenger Support Service Domain Consultant Profile.


Job Description:


  • Graduate in any stream with rich Airline/Travel domain experience (minimum 10+ years)
  • Well versed with standard Industry applications and GDS (NDC One Order/One Offer, ATPCO, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, SITA)
  • Experience of managing large accounts and multiple team leaders
  • Experience in managing and maintaining financial health of the account
  • Excellent communication, Strong drive for results
  • Experience in successfully managing stringent client SLAs and KPIs
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications
  • Very good Analytical skills and experience of managing multiple customers
  • Strong drive to identify and implement process transformations, optimization and automation
  • Ability to travel as per project requirements

Specialization for Passenger Support Services - Should be an expert in 1 or more of the following LOBs

1. Airline Revenue Management:
Revenue Management, Airline Inventory Management, Airline Demand Planning & Forecasting, Pricing Strategies, Fare Structure design, Revenue Optimization

2. Departure Control Systems:

Airline Departure Control Systems, Passenger Boarding, Web Check-in, Mobile Check-in, Kiosk Check-in, Flight Scheduling, Load planning, Documentation management

3. Airline Disruption Management:

IROPs handling, rerouting passengers, revalidation of tickets, rebooking SSRs, baggage handling, customer notification (manual/systemic)

4. Crew Management:

Crew planning & rostering, pairing duties, flight & duty time limitations, comply with safety standards, providing alerts and notifications

5. Migration support:

Passenger Service System migration support, testing all aspects of passenger booking, check-in, and ticketing from one platform to another including planning, data migration, system integration, track defects to closure.


Key Skills:


a) Minimum 10 years of Airline/Travel domain experience
b) Experience in Airline Revenue Management and Departure Control Systems
c) Experience in Airline Disruption / Crew Management and Migration support
d) Well versed with NDC One Order/One Offer, ATPCO, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, SITA
e) Any Graduate
