Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Contact to Hire 6 -12 months

Overview:We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with a strong background in the contact center domain, including experience with AWS, Genesys, Cisco, NICE, and Google technologies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for roles in these specific domains.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates with expertise in AWS, Genesys, Cisco, NICE, Google .NET, Java, NodeJS, Microsoft CRM, PowerApps, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Peg technologies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with at least 4 years in IT recruitment, specifically in contact center technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Genesys, Cisco, NICE, and Google platforms and their associated job roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for roles such as AWS Architects, Genesys Developers, Cisco Engineers, NICE Consultants, and Google Cloud Developers,
