Job Description
Kimoha Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced US Non-IT recruiter to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruiting for Engineering Clients.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for US-based non-IT positions & Engineering positions.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as part of the screening process.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of US taxation laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates.
