- Job Title: Oracle IAM / IDAM Solution Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Job Location: PAN India (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, NCR preferred) Job Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM) Solution Consultant to support both presales and project delivery functions across our Indian customer base. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle IAM technologies, along with strong client engagement and solutioning experience. Key Responsibilities: Presales: Engage with prospective clients to understand IAM requirements and propose tailored Oracle IAM/IDAM solutions. Prepare and deliver customer presentations, solution demos, and RFP/RFI responses. Collaborate with the sales team to build business cases, solution roadmaps, and pricing estimates. Conduct competitive analysis and articulate Oracle IAM advantages to stakeholders and decision-makers. Delivery: Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle IAM/OIG/OID/OAM solution implementations and upgrades. Design, configure, and deploy identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, and access certification processes. Integrate Oracle IAM with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (SaaS/PaaS). Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-implementation support. Mentor junior team members and support internal knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Identity & Access Management (OIM/OAM/OIG/OUD/OID). Proven experience in delivering multiple end-to-end IAM implementations. Experience with connector development, custom workflows, and policies. Hands-on experience in both On-Premise and Oracle Cloud IAM environments. Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance frameworks. Exposure to security standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and LDAP. Presales or solutioning experience including customer interaction and proposal building. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good to Have: Oracle certifications in IAM or Security domains. Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid IAM environments. Familiarity with SailPoint, Okta, or ForgeRock (optional). Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Postgraduate or MBA is a plus (for presales alignment).,
