    Job Title: Travel Coordinator / Travel Manager
    Location: Bangalore

    Job Summary:
    The Travel Coordinator is responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements for employees or clients. This role ensures cost-effective and efficient travel planning while adhering to company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees/clients.

    • Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation.

    • Ensure compliance with company travel policy and budget constraints.

    • Maintain travel records and expense documentation.

    • Collaborate with HR/Finance to process travel reimbursements.

    • Monitor travel trends and negotiate with vendors.

    • Handle travel emergencies and last-minute changes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    • 1+ years in corporate travel or administrative coordination.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    • Proficiency in travel booking software (e.g., Concur, SAP Travel).

    • Knowledge of visa and travel regulations.


    2. Travel Process Document (for Business Travel)

    Business Travel Process Overview:

    1. Travel Request Submission

      • Employee submits a travel request via 

      • Include purpose, destination, dates, and estimated costs.

    2. Manager Approval

      • Line manager reviews and approves the travel request.

      • Optional: Budget holder or finance team review.

    3. Booking

      • Travel coordinator or employee books travel using approved vendors.

      • Must comply with companys travel policy.

    4. Travel Execution

      • Employee follows itinerary and travel guidelines.

      • Collect receipts and maintain expense records.

    5. Post-Travel Reimbursement

      • Submit expense report within 

      • Include receipts and justification for non-standard expenses.

    6. Audit & Recordkeeping

      • Finance audits travel reports and stores documents per compliance policy
