Job Summary:
The Travel Coordinator is responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements for employees or clients. This role ensures cost-effective and efficient travel planning while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees/clients.
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation.
Ensure compliance with company travel policy and budget constraints.
Maintain travel records and expense documentation.
Collaborate with HR/Finance to process travel reimbursements.
Monitor travel trends and negotiate with vendors.
Handle travel emergencies and last-minute changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years in corporate travel or administrative coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in travel booking software (e.g., Concur, SAP Travel).
Knowledge of visa and travel regulations.
