Role: Finance controller/ Sr Manager( Accounts and finance)
Qualification- CA
Work Experience: 7- 10 years of post CA relevant experience in manufacturing/construction/ engineering company
Industry preferred- Manufacturing/ engineering/ Construction/building material
We are hiring Senior Accounts manager for a leading Construction Company.
- Plays a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the organization.
- This position is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
-Will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and providing support to the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Prepare and review invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Handle general ledger entries.
- Assess and process expense reports.
- Support audit and tax filing activities.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Utilize accounting software for financial tasks.
- Participate in financial meetings and discussions.
Required Qualifications:
-CA
- Proven experience in accounting or finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
