About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and design-driven leader to define and oversee our studios vision. This role requires a strong balance of creative direction, operational efficiency, and client management. The ideal candidate will mentor and empower the team while ensuring design excellence, project efficiency, and seamless client collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Studio Operations & Business Growth Implement effective processes and workflows to enhance studio operations. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships. Contribute to proposal development, presentations, and strategic growth initiatives. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and industry best practices. Project & Client Management Serve as the primary point of coordination with clients, ensuring their expectations are met effectively. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring smooth execution. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to streamline workflow. Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring clarity and structured execution. Design Leadership & Team Management Define and uphold the studios design philosophy, ensuring a balance of creativity and technical expertise. Mentor architects, designers, and junior team members, fostering critical thinking, innovation, and technical proficiency. Conduct design reviews and critiques to maintain high standards in architecture and detailing. Promote a collaborative and growth-oriented studio environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. Experience: 8+ years in the architecture industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong design sensibility, technical expertise and executional precision. Proven ability to lead teams, inspire creativity and drive results. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and project management tools. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and architectural detailing. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines.
