Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, with a strong command of polished and fluent English. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate solutions to inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be key in ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly through phone, email, or chat.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, demonstrating a polished and fluent command of the English language. Ensure that all communication is positive, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
  • Issue Resolution: Accurately address customer concerns, complaints, or requests, ensuring that each case is handled efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services to provide effective assistance and guidance to customers.
  • Documentation: Record and update customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the customer service management system. Ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., technical support, sales, or operations) to address customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance customer experience.
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow established procedures, quality standards, and guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service in a professional and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Under Graduates/Any Graduate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not required. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers in English.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers and recorded in the system.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using customer service software, chat tools, and standard office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Positive Attitude: A friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused approach with a passion for helping others.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in an international voice-based customer service role.
  • Fluency in other languages is an added advantage.

Shift Timings & Benefits:

  • Shift Timings:
    • 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST or 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST
    • Rotational Week Offs: 2 weekly rotational offs (sat & sun or Mon & Tue)
  • Transportation:
    • 2-way transportation provided for all shifts, ensuring a hassle-free commute for all employees.
  • Walk-In Interviews:
  • Direct Walk-In Interviews for the Customer Service Representative position will be conducted from 6th March to 9th March 2025 From 17:30 to 22:00 PM.
