Managing ICU patients independently with a multidisciplinary team

Performing critical procedures (intubation, central lines, ventilator management, etc.)

Monitoring patients round-the-clock and leading code blue responses

Collaborating with consultants and nurses to provide holistic ICU care

Maintaining clear, concise records and communicating effectively with patient families
