A division of Global Corporate & Investment Banking at Bank of America, the Commercialization team designs, delivers and services integrated credit and treasury products to more than 140,000 clients around the world, including small businesses, middle-market and large corporations, multi-nationals, financial institutions and governments. These solutions, distributed through Commercialization Bid Managers, include business and corporate lending, global payments and liquidity management, commercial card services, trade finance, foreign exchange, lines of credit and equipment finance solutions.
As an extension of the Commercialization team, we are required to manage and produce high quality proposals (RFIs, RFPs, RFx, ITTs, PQQs, DDQ, and other Client Questionnaires) across Global Transaction Services (GTS) covering Cash and Liquidity Management, Trade Finance (SCF, BGs, LCs), Corporate Cards, and USDEURGBP Clearing for FIs.
Team is required to provide first draft support on deals for the Bid Management team by using product understanding and available content in the repository.
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for working on following:
- Understand available content, identify gaps and challenges, and enhance the content database (the repository) on a continuous basis
- Take ownership of addition, deletion, iteration and globalization of responses
- Work closely with product specialists to validate Q&A content, existing or new
- Conduct Post Deal Reviews (PDRs) to identify content opportunities
- Conduct deal reviews of India analysts and assist in preparation of comprehensive drafts
- In addition, the candidate will also be required to train the India team analysts in preparing comprehensive first drafts
- Provide proposal management support on ad-hoccomplex deals
- Focus on global opportunities that require coordination across regions and products
- Work across the regions to drive coordination related to global initiatives
- Create culture of constant process and quality improvement, and best practice sharing
Requirements
- Education
Master in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Economics
Experience of working with senior management and writers
- Certifications If Any
APMP Certification (good to have)
- Experience Range
6-9 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in Commercial or Corporate Banking
5-7 years of experience driving global and regional deals independently
Mandatory skills
- Expert knowledge of treasury products across receivables, payables and liquidity solutions
- Understanding of Large Corporate, Financial Institutions, and or Middle Market client segments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Strong written communication skills with ability to produce targeted pitches; thorough command over grammar and writing techniques
- Strong partnering, relationship management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
- Expert knowledge of MS Word with ability to incorporate effective graphics and visual elements
- Superior critical thinking skills and self-starter
