Team ATTICARCH has an opening for an Interior Architect/Designer with an experience of 2-6 years purely in Residential Interiors. JD Will include the following:

1. Job Title Interior Architect/Designer

2. Reports To Principal Architect

3. Job Overview Independent Handling of any kind of Interior works related to both Residential & Commercial spaces Right from Scratch to Finish.

4. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Following up on Client Leads generated by the Marketing team.
• Meeting Clients, making note of their requirements.
• Preparing Conceptual drawings & Preliminary estimates.
• Post Client Registration-Site measurements & preparing final drawings.
• Prepare 3D Renders based on the client's requirements.
• Finalization of Designs & Estimates with Clients.
• Preparing Vendor documentation.
• Releasing GFC Documents for Site execution.
• Coordination with Clients & Vendors for Site visits during execution.
• Assisting Clients with Material selections & finishes by visiting various Vendor Outlets.
• Ensuring completion of works within the agreed timelines.
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Coordination with In-House 3D team for Making the Presentations.
• Keeping a Track on External Purchase of Artefacts/Lighting/Wall Papers/Soft Furnishing/ Loose Furniture etc. & updating of the same to the Purchase Department.
• Briefing of various works to the Principal Architect by means of Daily Activity Reports.

5. Qualifications:

• B. Arch/Bachelor in Design from any reputed College/Institute.
• Proficiency in working on software like AutoCad, Sketchup, V-ray, Enscape etc.,
• Experience-2-6 years of Experience in Purely Residential Interiors.

6. CTC: Salary not a Constraint for the Right Candidate.
