Media Solution Architect @ Dentsu

Job Description

Role Summary:
The Automation Architect will lead the design and strategic direction of automation initiatives across digital media operations. This includes identifying opportunities, defining architecture, and ensuring scalable and secure automation frameworks across campaign setup, trafficking, reporting, QA, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess automation opportunities within the media operations workflow (e.g., campaign setup, reporting, QA, taxonomy validation).
• Design scalable architecture using RPA, Python-based automation, or media APIs (e.g., Meta, DV360, YouTube).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and integration with existing tools/platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Campaign Management Tools).
• Ensure governance, compliance, and data security best practices.
• Partner with business leads to prioritize use cases and track ROI on automation projects.

Ideal Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in automation strategy and architecture, preferably within marketing or ad operations.
• Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and APIs used in digital media.
• Experience with cloud-based architecture (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Exposure to digital media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, ad servers, DSPs).
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
