JD

• To do the breakdown analysis of the equipment and take actions to reduce the breakdown.
• To do the cost analysis of the equipment, and to review and make decisions with the Senior management in terms of reducing the cost.
• Failure Parts life review and analysis.
• Co-ordinate for warranty parts.
• Planned site visit for technical issues, observe maintenance practices, Haul Road, loading point, dump condition and also review health and hygiene of equipment and work place.
• Action and Planning on negligence and premature failure.
• Compare & prepare the fast moving spares list for equipment.
• Planning and analysis preventive planning, schedule planning, DMS and WGM of equipment.
• Analysis for review on parts consumption report and plan to upgrade accordingly.
• Planning for new development and implementation
• Manpower development & Training of skilled manpower.
• Plan for Manpower support and parts stocking to minimize breakdown.
• 100% DMS is strictly followed on all the sites.
• To follow safety protocol, including wearing heat resistant gloves, protective mask, helmet and safety shoes.
