Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical site engineering activities for high rise building projects, including MEP coordination and draftsman activities.
  
• Oversee industrial project execution, ensuring compliance with commercial construction standards.
  
• Supervise warehouse project development, focusing on fire fighting systems and chiller installations.
  
• Coordinate with commercial projects team to ensure successful site execution.
  
• Provide technical expertise in air conditioning, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (B.Tech/B.E. degree).
  
• Strong knowledge of commercial buildings' design principles and industrial projects' requirements.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak periods like commercial projects' execution.
