Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing performance testing strategies, leading a team of automation engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and integrity of the product.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance testing strategies to ensure the quality and integrity of the product.
- Lead a team of automation engineers to ensure the successful delivery of automated testing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies.
- Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of automation testing tools and methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neotys Neoload.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience in leading a team of automation engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Test Automation Engineering with a primary skill in Performance Testing Strategy.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful automated testing solutions.
