About the Role:

Chemkart, a leading B2B supplier of food and nutraceutical ingredients, is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Youll work in-house to drive high-quality leads, reduce cost-per-acquisition, and support multiple growing brands under the Chemkart group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run and optimize lead-gen campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn

- Manage budgets, track KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS), and improve conversion performance

- Work closely with design/content teams to align creatives with ad objectives

- Use GA4, GTM, and ad platform tools for tracking, reporting, and audience segmentation

Requirements:

- 25 years of performance marketing experience (B2B preferred)

- Strong with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads

- Proficient in GA4, GTM, and Excel for performance tracking

- Experience generating and converting B2B leads is a strong plus.
