Looking for Immediate Joiners

Role: Scrum Master + Business Analyst.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving their sprint goals.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist the product owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and that user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
• Business Requirement Finalization : Capture business requirements, create BRDs, work on BRD approval, translate business requirements to development team.
• Promote Agile Practices: Ensure that the team follows Agile best practices and principles. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to understand their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.
• Foster Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Monitor and Report: Track the team's progress and performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
