RPA Automation Engineer @ Enterprise Minds

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead to Cash Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating and optimizing the Lead to Cash (L2C) process using Python scripting, Selenium, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, exceptional technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for the Lead to Cash (L2C) process using Python, Selenium, and RPA tools.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline business operations.

• Utilize Python scripting to create efficient and scalable automation solutions.
• Implement Selenium for web-based automation tasks and testing.
• Employ RPA tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Customer Support) to gather process requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and scripts.
• Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions to ensure they align with business objectives.
• Identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements to existing automation.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on Lead to Cash processes.
• Proven expertise in Python scripting and Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Expertise in Selenium for web automation and testing.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA frameworks and automation techniques.
