Job Description

Tasks:

Drive the architecture and implementation of backend services and data workflows
Guide development standards and enforce best practices in code quality and design
Design, build, and maintain backend services, data pipelines, and API integrations
Work on data ingestion and transformation pipelines, handling large-scale transcript data
Optimize database access patterns (SQL + MongoDB) for performance
Participate in application deployment and monitoring on AWS
Use Docker to ensure consistent local and production environments.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

Strong experience with Python: REST APIs, data pipelines, asynchronous programming, and integrations ( At least 5 years of experience )
Hands-on experience with SQL and working with both structured and unstructured data
Familiarity with MongoDB and data modeling for flexible schemas
Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.
Working knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.

Nice to have:

Exposure to GenAI / LLM-powered solutions
Experience with NLP, semantic search, or transcript/text-based data analysis
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools
