Senior Analyst (Credit Control) @ EXL

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Analyst (Credit Control)

The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing premium collections and aged debt for Bureau or Non-Bureau accounts. This includes ensuring timely payments from clients, minimizing bad debt, and providing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. In the Bureau role, the controller will focus on tasks involving the London Market, while the non-Bureau role will handle direct insurance collections outside the Bureau system.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity with insurance market systems (IMR, London Market Bureau) for Bureau roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• 1 to 3 years of experience in in Accounts Receivable /Finance and Accounting (preferably in cash and collection)
• Experience using finance or ERP systems
• Experience in Bureau credit control, working with Xchanging
