Job Description FS Marcomms team is looking for a self-driven Marketing Program Manager with strong expertise and track-record in delivering Partner marketing impact. In this role, you will spearhead the overarching Partner-led marketing and events strategy and program manage/ execute a portfolio/selection of partners as well as Capgemini CXO events, coordinating efforts with FS Alliance Managers and working closely with Group Partner marketing teams . You will report to the Director of Industry Marketing, FS. As a strategic business and results-driven marketing professional, specialized in developing and managing innovative partner marketing programs, you will work collaboratively with FS Alliances team as well as Group Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships (GSIP) team, to build the strategy for joint marketing initiatives, leveraging the Alliance team and networks to expand brand reach and generate leads. Working with the FS marketing leaders, you will also be responsible for driving FS agenda at a portfolio of CXO events as well as measuring, tracking, and reporting ROI from our comprehensive events portfolio of hosted and sponsored events. We are looking for a strong storyteller who will creatively find opportunities to integrate our partner strategy within thought leadership campaigns, media and analyst relations, offering-driven campaigns, account-based marketing, industry specific GTM solutions and internal mobilization programs. Job responsibilities: Align and facilitate integration of partner marketing programs and campaigns with unified messaging and strategic programming within financial services unified marketing plan Shape and manage messaging for financial services partner events as well as participation at GSIP-led strategic partner events Collaborate with FS marketing as well as alliances managers to develop, manage, and measure impact of partner marketing programs Oversee, together with industry team and alliance team, marketing content including web, email, digital, and social media. Work with FS alliances and GSIP marketing teams to strategically position FS effectively at the GSIP-led partner events and drive sale pipeline opportunities. Helping with planning and managing FS participation at CXO events. Tracking and reporting ROI for financial services events portfolio of hosted and sponsored industry and partner events. Behavioral skills: 10-12 years of marketing campaigns experience, preferably focussed on partners and event marketing Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, preferred. Results-focused approach, strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail. Must be an initiative-taker and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
