Oversee the administration and configuration of FileNet systems to meet business requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet-related issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FileNet solutions with other systems. Implement best practices for FileNet administration to enhance system efficiency and security. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. Create and maintain documentation for FileNet configurations processes and procedures. Conduct training sessions for team members on FileNet administration and usage. Participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements for FileNet applications. Ensure data integrity and security within the FileNet system. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their requirements related to FileNet. Provide insights and recommendations for improving FileNet system performance and user experience. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in FileNet technology to ensure the system remains current.
