Function: Agency Sales.
Product: All Line of Business.
Location: Bangalore.
Role Objective:
To develop, nurture and grow Agency sales across the state. Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to grow the Agency network for Online business.
- Recruitment and management of agency channel team members.
- Training, motivating and development of team members.
- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company.
Required candidate profile:
1. Type of Industry: General Insurance or Insurance Brokers.2. No of years: minimum of 3 to 10 years experience handling Agency Sales.
3. Education: Graduate / Post Graduate.
4. Insurance product knowledge (All LOB).
5. Excellent communication skills.
