We are looking for a proactive and skilled ERP Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for our ERP and HRMS systems. This role involves working closely with end users, business teams, and developers to ensure system stability, data integrity, and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of ERP workflows, especially in HR, Finance, and Operations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for ERP and HRMS-related queries and issues. Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting assistance to end users. Analyze and resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and access issues. Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings in ERP and HRMS platforms. Coordinate with internal developers to resolve complex incidents. Monitor system health, performance, and uptime; escalate issues as needed. Support implementation of new modules, upgrades, and patches. Assist with training sessions and create user documentation and knowledge base articles. Conduct periodic backups, audits, reconciliations, and data validations to maintain system accuracy. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Finance field. 2+ years of experience in ERP support or administration Working knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL for querying and basic data analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues efficiently.
