Job Description

Role Description : This is a full-time onsite role for a Manager / Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing at Royal Pharma in Mumbai. This role will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, team management, and sales. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving overall revenue growth Key Responsibilities : 1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's API & Intermediates. 2. Responsible for achieving targets & New business development. 3. Oversee and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. 4. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, R&D, production) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. 5. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust marketing strategies as needed. 6. Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources 7. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence for API & Intermediates 8. Provide necessary information time to time 9. Establishing customer engagement & satisfaction programs 10. Prepare monthly sales reports 11. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners. 12. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure successful partnerships. 13. Collaborate with the sales team to align business development efforts with lead generation and sales goals. Qualifications Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills BSC, B. Pharm, M. Pharm, B. Tech, M.sc preferred Team Management and Sales skills Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and executing successful marketing campaigns Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Industry Pharmaceutical Manufacturing of API & Intermediate Employment Type Full-time Location: Borivali Experience Min 5-15 Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing of API / Advance Intermediate.,
