Actively participate in departmental meetings and committees and contribute to the overall academic community. Minimum Qualifications: Must have Ph.D.(Preferably) in Commerce or a relevant field. Master's in Commerce or a relevant field. demonstrated expertise in a specific area of commerce. strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience at the collegiate level. Proven research record with publications in reputable journals. leadership experience in academic or research settings.
