Q12 - Quality Engineer (diesel engine) @ Digyug HR

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Review of dimensional & metallurgical inspection reports for various diesel engine parts. Preparation of summary of inspection report with evaluation of deviation findings. Review of inspection report summary with plant QA, supplier & component responsible. Visit to suppliers, engine assembly line for joint inspection activities. Preparation of inspection report and release of initial sample inspection reports. Create internal process documents for the new processes based on the requirements. Work in agile teams with good collaboration. Requirements Skills and Experience Required: Experience Range - 4 to 6 Years BE / BTech in mechanical engineering Should have knowledge of diesel engine parts and their function Should have knowledge of diesel engine materials engineering and metallurgical analysis Expertise in metrology , inspection methodologies and tools used to inspect various engine components,
