Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Cosmetology Therapist to perform aesthetic and skincare procedures under the guidance of the Doctor of Cosmetology and Dermatology. The ideal candidate should be polished, well-spoken, and presentable, with excellent communication skills to interact with HNI clients while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Execution & Compliance:

• Perform cosmetology and aesthetic procedures as per the instructions of the Head of Cosmetology & Dermatology Department.
• Follow strict parameter compliance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain and update client treatment records and redemption sheets.

2. Client Satisfaction & Retention:

• Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Encourage repeat clients by delivering outstanding service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Gather and improve Google Reviews & Client Feedback.

3. Sales & Business Growth:

• Engage in cross-selling and up-selling to maximize revenue and enhance client experience.
• Work towards meeting clinic sales targets and client retention goals.
• Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and performance.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Identify requirements for stock and consumables and report accordingly.
• Ensure consumables compliance and maintain stock levels.
• Accurately enter stock details in billing software and manage the clinic stock tally.
• Oversee proforma management to maintain seamless operations.
