Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with experience in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions. The role involves building and optimizing ML/DL models, integrating LLMs for conversational AI, and designing scalable AI architectures.
You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cloud architects to deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Design, develop, and optimize ML/DL models for predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision applications.
- Perform feature engineering, model training, and hyperparameter tuning to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, applying data preprocessing and transformation techniques.
- Deploy AI models in production environments and monitor performance for continuous improvements.
- Implement model retraining, drift detection, and A/B testing for real-world adaptability.
LLMs & Conversational AI
- Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.) for AI-driven applications.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
- Integrate Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) into enterprise solutions.
- Develop NLP-powered chatbots and AI assistants for enhanced user interaction.
Solution Architecture & AI Deployment
- Design scalable AI architectures and integrate AI models into cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc).
- Implement MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for model automation and continuous deployment.
- Develop AI APIs and microservices for seamless integration into business applications.
- Ensure AI models adhere to ethical AI principles, including fairness and bias mitigation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in ML/DL model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face).
- Experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning architectures, and model optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience in deploying AI models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and model monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI-powered automation, recommendation systems, or enterprise AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Vector Databases for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Exposure to cloud cost optimization strategies for AI workloads.
- Knowledge of Big Data Architecture and SparkML.
