Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing overall customer experience on the platform.

Location: Gurugram

Position: Customer service executive

Salary: 2.5LPA to 4lpa

Interview mode: Face2Face

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
• Strong focus on Customer Experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
