Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to drive sales, manage a high-performing team, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of sales strategies in the wellness industry. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) presentations is essential for data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned zone.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate competitive strategies.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of around 30 sales professionals.
- Set performance goals, monitor achievements, and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct training programs to enhance the teams sales skills and product knowledge.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize MS Excel for sales data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and present PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for business reviews and strategy meetings.
- Generate detailed reports on sales trends, revenue, and competitor analysis for senior management.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, including stock availability and distribution efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor and improve sales productivity by streamlining processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the wellness/healthcare/FMCG sector.
- Proven experience managing a team of 30+ members.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Dashboard Creation).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for business reporting and strategy communication.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Experience using CRM software for sales reporting and customer management.
