Job Description

Role Overview: Awarious Technology is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated HRMS Support Engineer proficient in both English and Hindi. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who will provide exceptional inbound and outbound technical support to clients using OfficePortal's HR Management System (HRMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound support calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues related to OfficePortal HRMS.
• Provide clear and effective communication in both English and Hindi to assist clients efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and solutions provided.
• Offer user training and guidance to enhance customer understanding of HRMS features and functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and sales, to communicate customer feedback and suggest system improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound support calls.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
