Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Employee onboarding.
Manage payroll, salaries and employee benefits.
Handle employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
Maintain attendance, leaves and performance records.
Ensure company policies follow legal guidelines.
Organize training and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR or related field.
Experience in HR roles (as per job level).
Knowledge of payroll, labor laws and HR software.
Good communication and people management skills.
